Stuart Law, Chief Executive
Stuart Law founded the Assetz group of companies which
has acted as a broker for billions of pounds worth of property finance
requirements and has sold several hundred million pounds worth of investment
property
in the UK and abroad to private investors.
Stuart is an active property investor himself with
commercial, residential, student and overseas property investments as well
as development experience. Patrick Seed, Development Director
Patrick is a highly experienced property developer who has worked with
a number of large organizations developing and managing a mixed property
portfolio across the UK. He has extensive experience in the residential
market including both multi storey city centre developments and also
green
field traditional housing.
He has worked on both retail and commercial
developments and has concentrated recent experience on mixed use developments
and regeneration projects. Patrick has a discerning eye for architecture
and design issues and is familiar with various procurement strategies
and construction techniques. He brings innovative and value driven
solutions to development sites and has the ability to maximize the development
potential
